Each participant’s circumstances are different. Initially, we will evaluate your situation and recommend a program that best addresses the next steps you need to take towards homeownership. Participation does not guarantee you will become a homeowner, but with dedication, you can succeed. - How can Fast Track help me become a homeowner?
Fast Track helps the client to not only understand but take the necessary steps to becoming a qualified homebuyer. Through one-on-one sessions, we evaluate your credit situation, suggest ways to improve on budgeting and credit scores and provide information on lenders and special homebuyer programs. With Supreme Manor Real Estate Services extensive vendor database, we can provide support from trusted lenders, inspectors, attorneys, credit specialists and other real estate professionals. - Is there a cost for the program?
The Fast Track Program is a FREE gift to you from SMS C.A.R.E.S, our parent company. - How long is the program?
Generally, it takes 90 days to complete the program. However, length of your participation depends on how dedicated you are to becoming a homeowner. - Can I participate in the program if I have an agent from another company?
