Meet Broker-Owner Sheila M Wilkinson-Sanders

Sheila's Vision-Supreme Manor Services   Sheila M. Wilkinson-Sanders has been blessed with a vision of helping others realize their real estate dreams.  Dreams of entrepreneurship, real estate homeownership and/or real estate investment. Through this vision Supreme Manor real estate Services  came into existence.  It is the goal of Sheila and the Team to educate the community on the importance of maintaining good credit and financial stability.  As a result of this discipline, Supreme Manor real estate Services  can aid anyone in realizing their real estate dreams. In keeping with this vision and the carry out the principals of Supreme Manor Serivces, the not-for-profit parent company SMS CARES - Community Advocate for Real Life Education and Support, came into existence.  To aid others in realizing their real estate dreams, Supreme Manor Construction Services provides general contracting support for rehab, restoration and maintainance of real estate properties. Sheila's Current and Past Career   Prior to obtaining her real estate brokers license, Sheila was Senior Vice President and Director of Investment Operations at Bank of America.  At her retirement, in June 2002, Sheila was one of only 5 African American female Senior Vice Presidents in the organization. Sheila is celebrating her 8 year in real estate and she has grown her business and excelled in many areas.  Supreme Manor family now boasts 14 real estate professionals including Sheila's daughter Shana.  Sheila is a multi-million dollar realtor.  She was in the top 1% for volume sales in 2008.  Sheila was number 96 out of 20,612 realtors in all of Cook County! Sheila has been honored to serve as the Midwest Regional Coordinator for the Homeownership Initiative, which is a cooperative program between Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc, Chase Home Finance and Genworth Financial.  Through this Initiative Sheila has  traveled to many parts of the country, carrying out her personal mission and the program’s mission to economically empower the public thru support and education on the establishment and maintenance of good credit and homeownership. Sheila's Personal Info   Sheila was the co-host of Reaping What You Sow:  Investing in Real Estate.  This educational real estate radio show aired every Sunday on WVON AM 1690. Sheila is a member of Trinity United Church of Christ where she serves as CHair for the High School Dance Ministry - Chinara. She is the proud mother of Shana Marcellette, a senior chemist and Shontil Marshe’ a junior at Chicago State University.     Sheila M.
